EU Taxes and Duties

We strive to give you the best possible shopping experience. For orders shipped to EU destinations with a goods value of up to €150 (excluding VAT and shipping), we cover all applicable EU VAT, customs fees, duties and import charges, including the new €3 EU customs duty applied to low-value imports.

This means that the price you pay at checkout is the final price you pay – no unexpected customs charges or duties will be requested on delivery.

The €3 customs duty is included within our shipping and import arrangements and will not be charged to you separately for eligible orders.

For orders with a goods value over €150 (excluding VAT and shipping), import duties and taxes may be payable to your local customs authority. If your basket value exceeds €150, please contact our team at info@guthrie-ghani.co.uk before placing your order.

Important Information

  • Orders with a goods value up to €150 are shipped using the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
  • Applicable VAT, customs duties and the new €3 EU customs duty are covered by Guthrie & Ghani for eligible orders.
  • No additional customs payments should be required on delivery for qualifying orders.
