WHOLESALE ELIGIBILITY
Wholesale accounts are available for brick-and-mortar shops, sewing schools, and online stores with their own domains. Please note that we do not offer wholesale to sellers on third-party e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or similar.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

All sales are on a proforma basis.

Minimum order value is £150 GBP (EXC VAT)
SHIPPING

Shipping is free in the UK for orders over £200.

Shipping is £10 in the UK for orders between £150 and £200 (EXC VAT).

For international orders we will provide a bespoke quote based on the volume of your order. This will be added to your invoice for payment prior to dispatch. International customers are responsible for paying any customs taxes and charges.

Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. Any delays to this will be communicated to you prior to confirming the order. All orders will be sent via a tracked courier service.

You might be wondering “why is the 70cm width roll not available as a 10m length?” The reason we have increased it to 20m is that due to the fixed costs of the core and creating the length of roll from the main larger roll that it is manufactured in, keeping it at a 10m length would not result in the price being reduced by 30% in line with the roll being 30% narrower.This new length makes the 70cm width a viable product for us all and ultimately offers the customer better value for money. We find that customers frequently purchase more than one roll of paper at a time anyway.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Any changes should be notified to – patterntracewholesale@guthrie-ghani.co.uk – within 24hrs of placing your order, allowing us time to catch your order before it goes out.
SHIPPING
Most likely we have your order in stock and it will be dispatched within 5 days, if we don’t we can tell you this before you place your order. All orders will be sent via a tracked service, we’ll let you know when your order is shipped
DEFECTS
Please inspect your order when it arrives, if the product is defective please notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will replace it.
RETURNS
Wholesale stock is non refundable unless in the unlikely case of it being defective – see above.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
International customers are responsible for paying any customs taxes and charges.
